Lahiru Wewalage
Director-Treasury Representative
Mr. Lahiru Wewalage joined Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service in 2015 and at present attached to the Department of State Accounts of the General Treasury of the Ministry of Finance. He is working as Deputy Director in Financial Management Information System Division and has over 08 years of experience at the Treasury. Mr. Wewalage is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA) and Associate member of the Association of Public Finance Accountants of Sri Lanka (APFA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Special) Degree (Second Class Upper division) awarded by Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka in 2011. Previously he was a member of Board of Directors of National Salt Limited from March 2022 to November 2024. Currently he is serving as member of Board of Directors of Skills Development Fund Limited from November 2024 onwards.
Ashan Mendis

Ashan Mendis is a senior hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hotel industry. A graduate of the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, he has held managerial positions within the hotel sector and has also served as a Lecturer in Front Office Operations. He is a certified NVQ Assessor and currently serves as an Inspection Officer, contributing to quality assurance and standards development in the industry. As a Motivator and Career Guide, he is committed to empowering youth through skills development. He is also actively engaged in social service, supporting people-centred government initiatives and community development efforts.
Dr. Anusha B. Liyanage

Dr. Anusha Liyanage, with a distinguished academic background including a Doctor of Business Administration, MBA, and B.Com.sp. from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, is a trailblazer in career guidance research in the country. Prior to becoming a full time academic a decade ago, he has served in managerial positions in Human Resources Management and Learning and Development in various prominent companies in the private sector. In addition to those, he was a senior lecturer and the former Head of NIBM Galle and Matara Campuses. A member of Asia Pacific Career Development Association, International Association for Cross Cultural Psychology, International Organization for Psychometric Tests, Toastmasters International, National Steering Committee for Career Guidance, Director of Skills Development Funds Limited (under the ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education) and a Level 03 Coach of Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka, Dr Liyanage’
